We are committed to providing a comprehensive curriculum, focusing on three essential pillars: strong mind, strong body, strong dancer. Our programs range from beginner to advanced and are designed with the overall well-being of our students at the forefront. Dancers will improve strength and technique, develop poise & grace, meet new friends and perform throughout Calgary. With the guidance of our experienced nutritionist, our students will learn valuable skills in relation to body image, adequate fuelling, wellness, stress management and self confidence. Schedule
Preschool (Ages 2-5yrs)
Our fun and enriching classes incorporate music and dance, interlaced with basic academic concepts to help children build confidence, strength, balance, and develop musicality. Through a series of games and exercises, your child will fall in love with the joy of movement and music.

Strathcona Location | Thursdays 4:45pm to 5:30pm (Jan. - June)
