We are committed to providing a comprehensive curriculum, focusing on three essential pillars: strong mind, strong body, strong dancer. Our programs range from beginner to advanced and are designed with the overall well-being of our students at the forefront. Dancers will improve strength and technique, develop poise & grace, meet new friends and perform throughout Calgary. With the guidance of our experienced nutritionist, our students will learn valuable skills in relation to body image, adequate fuelling, wellness, stress management and self confidence. Preschool (Ages 2-5yrs)

Our fun and enriching classes incorporate music and dance, interlaced with basic academic concepts to help children build confidence, strength, balance, and develop musicality. Through a series of games and exercises, your child will fall in love with the joy of movement and music.

Happy Feet Program

Bowness Location | Tuesdays 4:00-4:45pm | Saturdays 9:30am to 10:15am

Strathcona Location | Thursdays 4:45pm to 5:30pm (Jan. - June)

Ballet: Mondays 4:30-5:15pm (Bowness) | Wednesdays 4:30-5:15pm (Springbank)

Jazz/Tap: Mondays 5:15-6:00pm

Junior (Ages 6-11)

Our Junior Program invites dancers of all levels interested in performing and competing in ballet, jazz, tap and acro. We are committed to providing a comprehensive curriculum that focuses on three essential pillars: movement, wellness, and nutrition. Our Junior Programs are designed to not only improve technique but also the overall well-being of our students. With the guidance of our experienced nutritionist, our students will learn valuable skills in relation to body image, adequate fuelling, wellness, stress management, self confidence and so much more!

2025-2026 Classes:

Ballet: Mondays 4:30pm-5:15pm

Jazz/Tap: Mondays 5:15pm-6:00pm

Acro/Tumbling: Tuesdays 4:45pm-5:30pm

Hip Hop: Thursdays 6:30pm to 7:15pm

Broadway (Dance, Sing, Act): Tues. 5:30pm to 6:30pm & Wed. 5:15pm to 6:15pm

Intermediate (Ages 12-14yrs)

Our Senior Program offers comprehensive training in ballet, jazz and acro, with a focusing on wellness, nutrition and nurturing the entire dancer. Our Programs offer advanced technique and performance opportunities to enhance dancers’ versatility, health, and artistry. Dancers will have the opportunity to attend ballet examinations as well as many performance opportunities throughout the community. Dancers will learn about nutrition, injury prevention, and mental health, ultimately promoting a balanced lifestyle.

Adult Barre Fusion

Looking to build strength, improve flexibility and balance, sculpt and tone muscles, relieve stress, enhance wellness and meet others? Our classes are designed for all fitness levels and incorporate individual; goal setting and unique challenges. Each class combines cardio, strength training and relaxation through yoga, barre fusion, Pilates, and ballet. Devote time for yourself, connect with others and achieve your fitness goals in a supportive and welcoming environment.
